We are a professionally managed Nigerian catering company and culinary academy based in Lekki, Lagos State. The firm is made up of partners who are experts in Recipe development, Nutritional Sciences, Food Safety & Hygiene instructors and practitioners, rendering exceptional services ranging from Menu Customization, Recipe Formulation, Events Consultancy and management positioned to pay particular attention to the particular needs of their clients with the passion to serve their best interest.

Ours is an entity registered as a company under The Company and Allied Matters Act 1993, as amended by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on the 6th day of June 2018.
We are established for and principally engaged in Industrial Catering, food processing (beverage, confectionary), restaurant operation and culinary academy.

Consequently, we provide exceptional tailor- made solution services for a wide range of events, covering corporate functions and weddings to social gatherings and special occasions.

Our team of culinary professionals combines creativity, nutritional knowledge, and a passion for food to deliver outstanding catering services that leave a lasting impression.
Our services are classified into four (4) categories:
• Corporate
• Weddings
• Other social
• Special occasions.

Corporate Category

1.1 Staff Canteen Management

We render this tailor – made corporate catering service in two modules; Total management or Partial management. Anyone of the two modules we render at any given engagement is purely the client’s choice and depends on the objective intended to be achieved and budget provision.

1.2 Total Management

This entails mobilization of catering equipments, consumables & utilities, personnel and liquid financial resources to the client’s facility to deliver the service. Typically, the Contract Documents would cover the following areas or items negotiably:

Menu specification with timelines and staff grades.
• Numbers of days per week for which service is required.
• Agreed mode of proof of quantity served on a daily basis.
• The mode of calculating the sum payable to the vendor periodically for food and service rendered.
• Statement of understanding and/or agreement on the other elements to be factored in, in determining periodic remuneration payable to the vendor, herein, called Tastebudz.
• Statement of agreement to the effect that remunerations are payable to the vendor net of Vat & Withholding taxes. Such deductions from source must be remitted to the Federal Inland Revenue Service FIRS as and when they occur. Official receipts forwarded to the vendor following remittal.

1.3 Partial Management

The service rendered here also depends on the client’s objective and budget. This forms the basis of service that shall be rendered.

We render clients any of the following:
• Catering service and server personnel mobilization only
• Catering service only
• Servers supply only
• Equipment and utilities provision only The Contract Document here features most prominently:
• Period for which service shall be required
• The basis for determining the rental fees payable for service rendered.
• The Rental fee finally agreed monthly.

2. Weddings

We render outstanding budget compliant catering and events management services to families during weddings. What we do here also depends on client’s specification.

Our varieties include:
• Provision of budget compliant events facility complete with tables, chairs and interior decorations, cooking and preparation of foods for guests, drinks, servers to handle food and drinks service, ushers to ensure orderliness and guests comfort. Sometimes this comes with Band Set or Entertainers.
• We provide catering service only where our function is only for cooking and supply of foods at the wedding reception.
• We supply servers, ushers and events centre decoration.

3. Other Socials
Burial, Seminars, Naming, Chieftaincy, Birthdays & Thanksgiving and Memorials.

5. Remote Onshore Platform
This is our specially developed service for the Oil & Gas sector. We provide catering services for remote onshore platforms wherein we supply hygienically prepared foods and drinks packaged in takeaways.

6. Board Meetings & Annual General Meetings This is an elite service which involves:
• Preparation and supply of foods and drinks at Board meetings and AGMs.
• Decoration of Venue, provision of utilities, deployment of servers and ushers.
